Choosing a supplier starts with understanding what it sells and which project responsibilities it assumes. This selection covers different public offers: complete homes, systems, panels and modules. It is not a sales ranking or an audit. Commercial descriptions are attributed to each supplier; fit and questions are editorial analysis. No quotations or on-site production checks have been obtained.
The selection distinguishes manufacturers, building-system suppliers and housing integrators. Compare who manufactures, who builds and who takes responsibility for design, transport and site work. Prefabrication and industrialisation can be combined in the same home.
| Company | Public offer | Useful question |
|---|---|---|
| Casas inHAUS | High-end modular housing; the company states it manufactures in Valencia. | Request specifications and the scope of foundations, delivery and handover. |
| Hormipresa Living | Concrete prefab housing with offers for private clients and professionals. | Compare project scope and a quotation adapted to the plot. |
| ARQUIMA | Manufacture and assembly of timber construction systems; it describes bespoke work rather than catalogue prefab models. | Clarify the envelope package and separately contracted work. |
| CompactHabit | eMii volumetric concrete and hybrid module system. | Ask about programme suitability, interfaces and assembly scope. |
| Grup PMP / Prêt-à-porter casas | Industrialised construction group with a bespoke housing division and Khanvian system. | Identify the contracting entity and design-and-build scope. |
| ávita / Grupo Avintia | Industrialisation through manufactured elements assembled on site. | Ask about project scale, design stage and integration responsibilities. |
| Homiquai | The company describes offsite production and transport in modules. | Request a project-specific quote; do not generalise promotional timelines. |
| NIU Houses | An industrialised housing system integrating design and construction. This review does not establish ownership of a factory. | Identify the manufacturer, contractor and party signing each commitment. |
| Atlántida Homes | Describes home production and plot preparation running in parallel. | Ask which approvals, foundations and utility connections the contract covers. |
| Industrias Green | States it has a Spanish factory and bespoke panels. This is not a CasasCápsula site visit or factory audit. | Confirm legal entity, manufacturing location and system documents before comparing. |
| Terraneum | Terraneum presents Living as a 3D modular system for bespoke premium detached homes. | Request the specification schedule, project performance documents and turnkey scope, including site works and transport. |

How to request comparable quotations
Send suppliers the same brief: destination country and municipality, intended use, area, number of units, plot status and indicative timing. Request separate design, manufacturing, transport, unloading, assembly, foundations, utility and tax scopes. Assign a responsible party to each exclusion. Do not compare a factory unit with a completed home using advertised totals alone.
What if I want an affordable home?
This selection cannot identify the cheapest option. That requires dated prices with comparable area, equipment, currency and scope, plus the cost of installation at a specific destination. Where a comparable price is unavailable, request a quote rather than inventing a starting price. A luxury shortlist does not become an affordable one by changing its title.
Factory or dealer: responsibilities · Panels or modules: what arrives on site
Inclusion is not accreditation, purchase endorsement or sponsorship. Reader data has not been shared with companies.
