Comparing a small home in Spain starts with identifying the product: a trailer-based tiny house, a mobile home or a compact module for installation. We bring together ten manufacturers and offers with public sources, separating product families and site works. This list does not establish that a unit may be towed or installed on any plot.
Editorial selection based on the linked official pages read on 22 October 2026. Supplier statements are identified as such; the purchasing questions are our analysis. This is not a ranking by sales, a factory audit or a paid placement.

1. Tiny Casas
Tiny Casas states that it manufactures tiny houses in Olot, Girona. Its website combines the product with support services. Buyers should request the exact unit’s documents and the scope of those services rather than treating advertising as permission for the site use.
Our comparison question: Which unit documents and advisory services are included in this offer?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
2. Noma Tiny House
Noma describes accommodation on trailers and lists its contact in Sabadell. It also distinguishes tourism-sector offers. That separation helps buyers request the relevant catalogue rather than comparing a private-home layout with a camping solution.
Our comparison question: Which range is intended for private use and which for a tourism project?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
3. Alucasa
Alucasa presents equipped mobile homes and mobile prefab houses. Its catalogue includes a Tiny Homes range. Compare the selected unit, transport and installation without automatically treating a mobile home as a road trailer.
Our comparison question: How is the model transported and installed, and who handles each stage?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
4. Tini Living
Tini Living presents Tini Unit alongside larger configurations. We include it to compare compact modular housing with wheeled offers, not to imply the same chassis or mobility. The project format and site need to be defined separately.
Our comparison question: Which modular configuration fits the intended use and what site work is required?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
5. KEU Homes
KEU presents modules in different sizes and states that it manufactures in Spain. Its offer focuses on equipped compact products and design; it should not automatically be equated with a trailer towable by a passenger car. Identify the model, transport method and access required for placement.
Our comparison question: Which transport dimensions and placement equipment does this model require?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
6. EME Espacios Modulares
EME describes workshop production of transportable steel-framed modules. Its legal notice identifies Espacios Modulares Eficientes SL in Montilla, Córdoba. Its page explains that transport and installation are quoted separately according to location and access. Distinguish auxiliary spaces, offices and accommodation-equipped units before requesting the same brief.
Our comparison question: Which equipment supports the intended use, and what is quoted separately for transport and installation?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
7. ABS / Bunglam
Bunglam presents Kyabin as a single-module compact home with a timber structure, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. ABS identifies Bunglam as its camping and bungalow line; both count as one option. It is included to compare installed compact formats, not to assert that it has wheels or the same documentation as a trailer-based tiny house.
Our comparison question: Which supports, design documents and services are planned for the actual use and location?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
8. H-Kub
H-Kub states that it builds and manufactures modular homes in Girona and also offers container-based proposals. It provides another route to compare compact modular housing and expansion options, while confirming the current model and scope. International shipping claims do not replace order-specific logistics and documentation.
Our comparison question: Which parts arrive finished, and which connections, finishes and services are completed on site?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
9. Casas24h
Casas24h lists mobile homes, accommodation modules and a range called Tiny Capsule, stating manufacture in Huelva. That commercial label alone does not establish its system, chassis or performance. Request the contracting entity and a supply specification for the selected unit; we do not repeat headline prices or general claims that no works are needed.
Our comparison question: Which system, chassis and specific documentation correspond to the model’s commercial name?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
10. Space Garden by Resan
Grupo Resan presents Space Garden as workshop-built modules for gardens and other domestic or professional spaces. Its Madrid and Salamanca contacts do not count as separate companies. Its range helps compare a room, studio or habitable module, while specifying whether the equipment supports a complete home or an auxiliary use.
Our comparison question: Does the quote cover a complete home or auxiliary space, and who prepares supports and utilities?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
Start with three folders, not the word tiny
Our suggested comparison separates model and layout, transport, and installation and site use. A favourable answer in one file does not replace the others. Buyers can use this structure with the manufacturer and the professionals reviewing their case.
For a trailer-based unit, request its specific documentation before deciding how to move it. For a mobile home or module, ask for dimensions and the planned transport method. This guide does not calculate weights, driving entitlements or road-use conditions.
Private-buyer and camping offers are not automatically identical
For several units, specify occupancy, number of homes, phases and shared services. Ask suppliers to identify the product suitable for that enquiry. Do not assume the smallest residential model is the right answer for a tourism operator.
For an individual home, describe its intended use before selecting extras. Choosing a trailer, mobile home or compact modular home should reflect the actual project conditions as well as the design you like.
Assess affordability without a misleading ranking
A comparable quotation separates the unit, equipment, transport, installation and external work. Retain currency, stated taxes and validity date. We have not harmonised offers from these brands, so they are not ranked from cheapest to most expensive.
This selection complements the timber-systems article: its distinct intent is compact formats and stated mobility. It is not another list repeating the same profiles after swapping prefab for industrialised in the title.
A comparison that keeps different products separate
For trailer-based housing, start with the offers presented by Tiny Casas and Noma. For mobile homes, Alucasa opens a different discussion. With Tini Living, KEU, EME, ABS/Bunglam, H-Kub, Casas24h and Space Garden, identify the format and equipment of the actual unit: compact does not describe its mobility system.
This is an editorial classification based on the reviewed pages. Some brands may offer more than one format. Before deciding, request a plan, transport description, site-work list and responsibility for each phase. Performance, permissions or certifications for one version do not automatically apply to the rest of a catalogue.

The English and Spanish editions contain the same selection and scope. No project-specific prices, certifications or delivery promises have been independently verified. Sponsorship, if introduced, must be identified separately.
