Brazil illustrates an important distinction: industrialised housing can mean manufacturing panels, developing modular buildings, selling homes within a development or supplying structural timber. This selection brings together ten companies with different roles so readers do not request identical quotations from companies offering different things. The original sources are in Portuguese; this guide and its English counterpart preserve the names and stated scope.
Method: official pages opened and reviewed on 18 October 2026. Product descriptions are supplier statements, not performance audited by CasasCápsula. Comparison questions are our editorial analysis. Companies have not been contacted and their photographs have not been reused.
Expanded on 20 October 2026: Quick House, Opus, HouseBox, Casas Mini and Nagawa have been added. The list distinguishes housing and module manufacturers, developers and structural-system suppliers; it is not ten complete-home factories or a cheapest-supplier ranking.
Companies and the scope of their offer
| Company | Public offer | Question to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Tecverde | Describes automated frame production and factory integration of services. | Confirm system supply, assembly and eligible customer types. |
| Brasil ao Cubo | Presents NEXT SYSTEM BR3 for vertical residential buildings and use in its own developments. | Do not assume an individual villa can be ordered with that system. |
| Alea | Describes a housing factory in Jaguariúna. | Distinguish buying within a development from factory supply to your own plot. |
| Noah Tech | Presents engineered-timber solutions using CLT and glulam. | Ask which design, structural and execution services the offer includes. |
| Urbem | Publishes engineered-timber products including CLT. | Treat it as a system or material supplier unless a wider scope is contracted. |
| Quick House | Industrialised steel-panel system | Are you contracting for panels or a completed home, and who assembles each part? |
| Opus Construtech | Modular production and residential offer; B2B focus | Which residential or business arrangement fits the project, and what site deployment does it include? |
| HouseBox Modulares | Panel-system modular homes; Goiás | Which equipment belongs to the selected package, and what site works are excluded? |
| Casas Mini Modular | Container conversion into modular housing; Caçapava | Which container is converted, and what structure, insulation and finishes does the offer document? |
| Nagawa do Brasil | Steel modules; housing, dormitories and offices | Which housing configuration is offered, and which services differ from the office module? |
6. Quick House
Quick House publishes steel panels and applications in individual housing, lower-cost housing and other building uses. It is relevant when comparing component-based systems with completed modules. Clarify factory and site scope; promotional assembly timings are not treated as delivery guarantees.
Comparison question: Are you contracting for panels or a completed home, and who assembles each part?

7. Opus Construtech
Opus presents modular-building sales and installation for businesses, module rental and a residential solution. These are different arrangements: a housing enquiry is not the same as renting operational facilities. Request its current residential offer or define occupancy and shared services for workforce accommodation.
Comparison question: Which residential or business arrangement fits the project, and what site deployment does it include?

8. HouseBox Modulares
HouseBox publishes Ypê, Buriti, Jatobá and Mangaba models and Light, Comfort and Premium finish levels. Its page notes that some furniture and decorative items are not included in every package. Compare a named model and finish together with transport, supports and external connections.
Comparison question: Which equipment belongs to the selected package, and what site works are excluded?

9. Casas Mini Modular
Casas Mini describes converting shipping containers into modular homes with predominantly factory-based production. This raises different questions from a purpose-built new module: identify the starting container, planned modifications and envelope layers. We do not derive durability or profitability from marketing statements.
Comparison question: Which container is converted, and what structure, insulation and finishes does the offer document?
Official source reviewed · 20/10/2026
10. Nagawa do Brasil
Nagawa presents steel-frame modules, coupled configurations and home, dormitory and office variants. Its page distinguishes configurations and services according to demand. Do not use an office specification to price a home: request a use-specific layout and schedule, including bathroom, kitchen and connections.
Comparison question: Which housing configuration is offered, and which services differ from the office module?

From an individual home to a building: the customer changes
A company with building technology can be relevant to a developer without offering the direct purchase a family seeks. Brasil ao Cubo states it applies BR3 in its own developments. That avoids implying an unverified open catalogue of bespoke homes. Ask whether the company contracts with private clients, contractors, developers or buyers of units within a development.
A CLT factory is not automatically a complete-home factory
Engineered timber can be used in a design-led home, a public facility or a multi-storey building. A CLT supplier may be important, but someone must design and execute the rest. Request a responsibility matrix covering engineering, manufacture, connections, assembly, construction-stage protection, envelope and services. This clarifies the relationship between industrial supplier, architect and contractor.
How to compare prices without mistranslating the product
For an international enquiry, confirm the Portuguese offer terms and currency. Purchasing a property unit and contracting a structural package are not the same product. We have not obtained comparable prices and do not use this list to identify the cheapest supplier. The first useful question is what the buyer actually purchases; area, remaining work and programme follow.
The brief I would send each candidate
- Country, municipality and actual project location; plot status and access.
- Use, area and unit count, using the same brief for all suppliers.
- Delivery scope: design, production, transport, assembly, services and finishes.
- Dated price, currency, taxes, exclusions and responsible parties.
- System documents and after-sales coverage for the proposed location.
Which option is cheapest?
This research cannot rank final costs. Comparable project-specific quotations are still needed. A structural package, kit and finished home cannot be compared by advertised amount alone. The useful next step is to request quotes with the same scope rather than turn incomplete commercial information into a price ranking.
