Comparing industrialised homes in Chile requires distinguishing a finished home, a panel supply package and a business accommodation solution. We bring together ten manufacturers and suppliers with offers documented on their official websites, identifying what each publishes and what to request before contracting. This is an editorial selection, not a size ranking or MINVU accreditation.
Method: official pages opened and reviewed on 18 October 2026. Product descriptions are supplier statements, not performance audited by CasasCápsula. Comparison questions are our editorial analysis. Companies have not been contacted and their photographs have not been reused.
Companies and the scope of their offer
| Company | Public offer | Question to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Tecno Fast Home | Presents modular homes and compact housing ranges. | Specify whether the offer covers a finished home or a panel package. |
| E2E | Presents an industrialised housing catalogue optimised for social programmes. | Clarify programme, customer eligibility and solution scope. |
| Baumax | Manufactures structural concrete elements such as walls and semi-precast slabs. | Identify who completes design, site work and services. |
| Patagual Home | Presents industrialised timber housing for families, property developments and housing programmes. These commercial routes have different customers and scopes. | Which route accepts your project, and who contracts manufacture, assembly and site work? |
| Rucantú / Construkit | Rucantú presents its industrialised housing activity and links Construkit within its business group. We treat them as one commercial option, not two independent factories. | Which entity signs the contract, and is the deliverable a kit, an assembled structure or a finished home? |
| Promet | Distinguishes modular construction, rental and accommodation solutions, including business projects. A workforce camp requires comparison of services and operation as well as the module. | Is the offer a purchase, rental or accommodation service, and which shared infrastructure is included? |
| ATCO Chile / ATCO Sabinco | ATCO’s Chilean website describes modular solutions for sectors including mining and construction, including accommodation facilities. ATCO Chile and the Sabinco name count as one option here. | What is sold or rented, and who handles engineering, installation, connections and camp operation? |
| Easywood | Publishes industrialised systems, panels, timber and steel solutions, alongside engineering work. A component offer should not automatically be treated as an occupancy-ready home. | Does the quotation cover structure or panels, an assembled envelope or a complete home, and who carries out the rest? |
| RCM Modular Chile | Presents modular construction and projects coordinating architecture, engineering and suppliers. Its project approach requires confirmation of the specific residential or business solution, rather than assuming a private-home catalogue. | Who is responsible for design, manufacture and installation, and which references match your intended use? |
| Canada House | Distinguishes modular, panelised and custom homes. The choice changes what arrives by truck and how much work remains on site; the quotations are not interchangeable. | What does each route include for foundations, unloading, assembly, building services and finishes? |

What the public source adds and what remains unchecked
MINVU maintains its own industrialiser list and administrative references. This editorial selection also includes companies found through their official websites: we do not claim that all ten are listed or that all their models are approved. If a company invokes a resolution, request the document and check which system, model, programme and project it applies to.
A semi-precast slab is not a move-in-ready home
Baumax illustrates a practical distinction: manufacturing structural elements is not the same as delivering a finished home. Its package may form part of a larger professional project. When comparing with a modular house, separate structure, assembly, additional concrete or site work, envelope, services and finishes. Do not infer the whole system cost from one component.
The offer must follow the site and intended use
Send the municipality, site location, access, slope and intended use. Ask what needs resolving on the plot and which professionals coordinate the project. Prepare different briefs for tourism, workers and family housing. A solution optimised for a social housing programme does not mean the same model is unconditionally available to every private buyer.
The brief I would send each candidate
- Country, municipality and actual project location; plot status and access.
- Use, area and unit count, using the same brief for all suppliers.
- Delivery scope: design, production, transport, assembly, services and finishes.
- Dated price, currency, taxes, exclusions and responsible parties.
- System documents and after-sales coverage for the proposed location.
Which option is cheapest?
This research cannot rank final costs. Comparable project-specific quotations are still needed. A structural package, kit and finished home cannot be compared by advertised amount alone. The useful next step is to request quotes with the same scope rather than turn incomplete commercial information into a price ranking.
