CFIA presents APC Requisitos as a platform for requesting prerequisites to the construction process. It mentions water availability, sanitary discharge and several types of alignment. This identifies groups of enquiries, but does not show that all are needed for every site or constitute permission to build.
Start with the actual project
Prepare the location, intended use, proposed system and scope of the quotation you received. Ask the responsible professional to identify relevant enquiries and institutions. This outline is our editorial suggestion, not an exhaustive official permit checklist or an assessment of an application.
Connect each answer to a decision
Supply information helps establish what remains outside the home. Wastewater arrangements affect drainage design. Alignment conditions may influence where development is proposed.
