Searching for prefab homes in China mixes residential housing, panelised structures, container modules and camps. This initial selection focuses on those distinctions and complements the capsule directory rather than repeating it. Its purpose is a technical and commercial brief that compares the same product and destination.
Editorial selection based on the linked official pages read on 22 October 2026. Supplier statements are identified as such; the purchasing questions are our analysis. This is not a ranking by sales, a factory audit or a paid placement.

1. DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE
DEEPBLUE presents homes and other buildings using light steel, with residential ranges and panelised or modular products. We do not translate brand-wide claims into certification of a particular model in Spain or Latin America.
Our comparison question: Does supply comprise framing, panels or modules, and who completes the home?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
2. GS Housing
GS Housing publishes modules and solutions for workforce accommodation, services and other uses. We group the offer under GS Housing rather than counting production bases or divisions as independent manufacturers to enlarge the list.
Our comparison question: Which parts of the development are designed, manufactured, inspected and installed under the offer?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
3. Lida Group
Lida Group lists prefab buildings, container modules, steel structures and camp services. Those ranges serve different enquiries. Identify the product and completion level before comparing an offer with a residential home.
Our comparison question: Which product family fits the use and how is its scope broken down?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
4. K-HOME
K-HOME describes component and structural manufacture organised around project drawings and specifications. This provides a basis for requesting identifiable documentation for the selected supply; it is not our independent review of its quality control.
Our comparison question: Which drawings, materials and pre-shipment checks apply to the order?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
5. WELLCAMP
On this page, WELLCAMP describes K and T prefab buildings for temporary uses and lists other ranges separately. We do not treat all of them as equivalent permanent housing: select by use, product and destination documentation.
Our comparison question: Is the offer for temporary or residential use and what work remains at destination?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
6. Chengdong / CDPH
Chengdong presents modules, prefab buildings, steel structures and integrated camp solutions. Its page distinguishes component products from solutions that can be fully or partly prefabricated. For workforce accommodation, request bedrooms, sanitary facilities, dining and infrastructure as a coordinated brief rather than assuming a per-module price covers the development. Subsidiaries and language websites are grouped as one option.
Our comparison question: Does supply cover buildings alone or also camp design and services?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
7. Moneybox House
Its catalogue distinguishes expandable, folding, detachable and flat-pack units alongside dormitories, offices and light-steel villas. This variety makes delivery format the first decision. For a home, identify equipment installed before shipping and work remaining after transport; we do not treat price slogans as a delivered quotation.
Our comparison question: Which format is shipped, what assembly is required and which equipment is included in that version?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
8. Yahgee
Yahgee describes integrated buildings and special containers for camps, hotels, apartments, schools and other uses. Its page presents production bases within the same organisation; we do not count them as independent brands. For multi-storey or multi-unit projects, request a specific solution and coordination of structure, connections and services.
Our comparison question: Is the offer for an individual module or a building with defined connections, circulation and services?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
9. WZH / Hebei Weizhengheng
WZH identifies Hebei Weizhengheng Modular House Tech. and lists expandable, flat-pack, folding and adapted-container modules plus light-steel villas. Its domains and product lines are treated as one commercial option. A model-specific inclusion matrix helps distinguish framing, envelope and fitted housing within that catalogue.
Our comparison question: Which entity signs, and which components, services and finishes belong to the contracted model?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
10. CONRAYN
Its presentation describes design, production and assembly of small movable homes, box houses, pods and prefab houses. We include it for compact products without assigning permanent residential use to every pod. Brand domains are not added as different manufacturers; confirm the legal entity and production location in your offer before contracting.
Our comparison question: Is the unit configured for living, working or temporary accommodation, and which documents define that use?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
11. Xiaojiangcasa / Builder Group
Its catalogue separates capsules, foldable homes, demountable solutions and steel-framed buildings. This opens enquiries about several prefab formats, but the product must be defined before price. Commercial claims about speed, autonomy or resistance are not independent verification.
Our comparison question: Which range fits my use, and which components, equipment and works are included?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
12. PRANCE
Its modular range presents Integrated House, Prefab House, A-Frame and Pod House and describes prefabricated aluminium structures. This entry compares building and component supply; facade experience does not certify a completed home. PRANCE Design and PRANCE are grouped as one option.
Our comparison question: Does the contract cover structure and envelope or a building with identified services and finishes?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
13. Haina Baichuan (Shenyang)
Its presentation includes modular construction, integrated buildings, demountable containers and steel structures. For residential or workforce schemes, identify the proposed system and coordination of buildings and services. Its capsule catalogue does not replace specifications for its other ranges.
Our comparison question: Which system, installation scope and documents apply to the buildings in the development?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
14. Wanbang Modular Building
Describes manufacture of modules, flat-pack and expandable containers, structures and camp solutions. It presents design, logistics and installation support, with scope to be agreed in writing. The group counts as one option rather than adding subsidiaries or production bases as additional companies.
Our comparison question: Does the offer cover individual units or also layout, shared services and installation support?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
15. Guangzhou UVO Construction Materials
Describes modular-building manufacture and rental, including design, production and installation. Its catalogue separates detachable, expandable and folding containers from accommodation cabins. Identify whether the enquiry is for purchase or rental and which entity and plant are responsible for the order.
Our comparison question: Is the unit purchased or rented, and which installation, transport and maintenance services are contracted?
Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026
Three enquiries that should not be treated as one
As an editorial tool, separate a residential home, workforce accommodation and structural or component supply. For housing, request the completed configuration. For a development, define units and services. For components, identify the work your local team will perform.
The word container does not settle the comparison either: request the exact format, shipping configuration and site assembly. Do not assume a demountable solution has the same performance or intended use as a completed unit in the same catalogue.
A comparison sheet for an import enquiry
Our sheet would have six sections: product and version, documentation, packaging, transport and unloading, installation, and faults and support. Assign responsibility and mark outstanding information in each. Do not fill gaps with general worldwide-delivery promises.
Request an offer with identified commercial terms and review the scope of each item with the relevant professional or logistics provider. This guide does not calculate tariffs, taxes or compliance for a particular country. A factory price alone does not make an order ready.
Fifteen options and three ways to request a comparable offer
This is a documented selection, not a claim that only fifteen manufacturers exist. Expansion requires an identifiable product and a readable source for each entity. Related brands and domains are grouped where they belong to the same supplier; names are not added merely to reach fifty.
The capsule directory serves a different intent: comparing units in that family. This article opens residential and B2B prefabrication. Future additions should bring new systems and scopes rather than repeat the same companies under nearly identical headlines.
Choosing which suppliers receive the same brief
For framing and panelised housing, review light-steel ranges and define work remaining at destination. For staff accommodation, request a camp proposal including shared spaces and services. For compact modules, compare layout, services and shipping configuration. One company may participate in several groups; that does not justify counting it twice.
The useful comparison is not which brand claims the largest output. It is which solution fits the use and which documents let your professional and logistics team validate the order. An inexpensive ex-factory module may require other supplies and works; this selection does not rank total costs.
Keep comparing
Factory or dealer: who is responsible? · Panels or volumetric modules: delivery scope
If you are looking specifically for capsule homes, compare the dedicated 35-company directory.
The English and Spanish editions contain the same selection and scope. No project-specific prices, certifications or delivery promises have been independently verified. Sponsorship, if introduced, must be identified separately.
