This selection brings together ten companies with published offers for housing, building systems or modular accommodation in Peru. It distinguishes a private home, component supply and a workforce camp: not all sell the same thing or take responsibility for every stage. Official sources and practical questions help compare scopes, without claiming a ranking of the largest factories.
Editorial selection based on the linked official pages read on 19 October 2026. Supplier statements are identified as such; the purchasing questions are our analysis. This is not a ranking by sales, a factory audit or a paid placement.

1. Modulhaus
Modulhaus presents design-led housing using modular and industrialised construction and describes its connection with Alquimodul. Its page identifies facilities in Chilca. We retain the group relationship as context rather than counting Alquimodul as a separate independent company in this selection.
Our comparison question: Which system, finishes and site works are included in the offered home?
Official source reviewed · 19/10/2026
2. Tunahome
Tunahome describes modular housing and SIP panels alongside design and turnkey construction. That distinction is useful when asking whether the offer supplies components for assembly, modules or a complete service adapted to the plot.
Our comparison question: Which parts are manufactured and who completes joints and finishes on site?
Official source reviewed · 19/10/2026
3. Modulsa Perú
Modulsa Perú lists multi-purpose modular homes and camps for construction and industrial operations. Its page also mentions timber modules and offices in Lima. Request specifications for the actual product line rather than applying a general description to every product.
Our comparison question: Does the offer cover an individual home or workforce accommodation?
Official source reviewed · 19/10/2026
4. Modulare / Módulos Arequipa
Modulare identifies Módulos Arequipa and presents units for industry, mining and services. Its website includes project examples; we do not assign financial results or an independent performance evaluation to them.
Our comparison question: What capacity, occupancy and shared services must the development provide?
Official source reviewed · 19/10/2026
5. Coprefa
Coprefa describes metal-panel modules and services spanning design, manufacture, transport, installation and maintenance. Its public offer includes housing and several professional sectors. Each stage should be identified in the proposal you receive.
Our comparison question: Who handles transport, installation and maintenance at this location?
Official source reviewed · 19/10/2026
Sources expanded and checked on 21 October 2026. The five initial options are retained after rereading their websites; the next five expand the systems and uses covered. Activity descriptions are company statements, not factory audits.
6. Tecno Fast Perú
Its page locates manufacturing in Lima and distinguishes offices, camps, bathrooms and other spaces. It is particularly relevant to business enquiries, rather than equivalent to a finished private-home catalogue.
Our comparison question: Will you buy or rent? Request the scope for bedrooms, bathrooms, equipment and removal or relocation.
Official source reviewed · 21/10/2026
7. Promet Perú
Describes modular structures, turnkey services and rental. Its history states that it absorbed Calaminon’s modular business: we do not count that historical activity as another housing manufacturer in this list.
Our comparison question: Define occupancy and the scheme’s use; confirm which building services and external works the contract covers.
Official source reviewed · 21/10/2026
8. PRECOR
Its other modular options page includes housing, classrooms, hotels and healthcare. This supports examination of a specific system or module, but does not establish that every materials offer is an equipped home.
Our comparison question: Request the module specification, layout, connections, included equipment and the party responsible for making the supply operational.
Official source reviewed · 21/10/2026
9. Triple A
Presents itself as a Peruvian company providing prefabricated modules and steel structures. Its stated focus supports camp and scheme enquiries, comparing functions rather than an isolated floor-area figure.
Our comparison question: Request the scheme’s composition and assign responsibility for transport, unloading, foundations and connections.
Official source reviewed · 21/10/2026
10. Prefabricados Perú
Publishes timber housing and camp solutions alongside other buildings. The page retains older references: confirm the current catalogue, legal entity and terms before treating a product as available.
Our comparison question: Clarify residential use, construction build-up, assembly scope and current documentation; do not confuse a shed with a home.

Housing and camps need different briefs
As an editorial purchasing criterion, a private home needs a clear layout and delivery scope. A camp also requires occupancy, shifts, servicing routes and shared spaces to be defined. Sending only a total floor area leaves too many unresolved choices for meaningful comparison.
For a development, we suggest a function matrix covering bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining, laundry and administration. Identify what each phase includes and who coordinates connections between modules. Do not infer that coordination merely because a supplier sells several unit types.
A specific location is more useful than “delivery in Peru”
Send the locality, proposed access and known ground conditions. Ask the supplier to identify missing information before committing to transport and installation. If several sites remain under consideration, request separate preliminary offers rather than treating their conditions as identical.
Our decision table would have four columns: use, supplied package, site work and after-sales responsibility. Fit can guide an initial shortlist. Cost decisions then need dated, comparable quotations rather than a cheapest-home ranking built from incomplete figures.
