Published 2026-10-22 · Updated 2026-10-31 · Leer en español
Illustrated modular home for the Ecuador supplier selection
Editorial illustration of modular housing; not a model supplied by the listed companies.

This selection brings together eleven prefab housing, modular building and industrialised-system options in Ecuador. They do not all manufacture complete homes: we distinguish stated manufacturers, system suppliers, distributors and builders so you can ask about the right scope. Expanded and official sources reviewed: 22 October 2026.

Editorial selection based on the linked official pages read on 19 October 2026. Supplier statements are identified as such; the purchasing questions are our analysis. This is not a ranking by sales, a factory audit or a paid placement.

1. CYPRES Ecuador

CYPRES presents prefab homes and describes factory production of elements, with activity and dispatches in Colombia and Ecuador. Read the offer for the specific destination: activity in two countries does not make delivery scope or contracting identity identical.

Our comparison question: Which entity signs and which elements and works are included in Ecuador?

Official source reviewed · 19/10/2026

2. ECUHOUSE

ECUHOUSE identifies itself as a metalworking business in Latacunga manufacturing solutions for oil, mining, industry and construction. It lists campers and other modules. An accommodation enquiry should specify residential housing or facilities for a professional operation.

Our comparison question: Which bedroom and service configuration does the professional project require?

Official source reviewed · 19/10/2026

3. Ortiz Gallego Constructora

Ortiz Gallego presents prefab housing in Ecuador and describes design, manufacture and distribution in its mission. We do not attribute an independently inspected factory or treat general compliance claims as technical verification.

Our comparison question: Which system specification and specific responsibilities accompany the contract?

Official source reviewed · 19/10/2026

4. Hombox

Hombox presents homes and construction products and displays residential configurations. We do not rank its promotional amounts by price: that needs a dated, comparable, site-specific offer. The model specification must clarify the package being compared.

Our comparison question: Does the quoted amount concern components, a module or an installed home?

Official source reviewed · 19/10/2026

5. ModuFlex / Maxilift

Lists modules, camps and industrialised housing alongside engineering, logistics, water and energy services. Its history page describes its Maxilift origins and subsequent incorporation of ModuFlex-ec; other sections retain Maxilift references. We count one option and recommend clarifying the legal contracting entity.

Our comparison question: Is the offer for sale or rental, and who handles civil works, transport and shared services?

Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026

6. IZIHOME / IZICABIN

IZICABIN presents itself as an IZIHOME modular-home line using a steel-frame system. It offers compact layouts and distinguishes indoor space from porch area. The page states that cisterns, biodigesters and external sanitation are excluded from reference amounts: those items belong in the comparison. The two brands count as one option.

Our comparison question: How much area is indoors, and what remains to connect water and sanitation on my plot?

Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026

7. Kubiec

Its catalogue includes several prefab lines; the Kubimodulares page identifies classrooms, offices, dining facilities, sanitary units and mining or oil camps. It is an option for development infrastructure, without assuming every configuration is a complete family home. Kubihogar, Kubico and Kubimodulares are not counted as independent businesses.

Our comparison question: Which configuration is available for accommodation, and which services and finishes are supplied?

Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026

8. Constructora GL PRO

Based in Manta, it describes itself as a modular-home distributor and building contractor, displaying a commercial link with Ecofast. It offers a local contact and construction route, but this does not establish an owned factory. Separate product warranties from the contractor’s responsibilities when comparing offers.

Our comparison question: Who manufactures the solution, and who contracts supply, installation and warranty?

Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026

9. FC-CONSTRUCCIONES

Its website offers design, construction and works supervision, presenting modular homes with different layouts and expansion options. Its Ecuador contact is in Quito. We classify it as a builder: the reviewed information does not establish an owned module factory or turn its other international locations into additional manufacturers.

Our comparison question: Which parts are prefabricated, and how is a future extension structurally planned?

Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026

10. CuboHabitat

Presents homes and offices adaptable to layout, budget and location, with a Quito contact. It offers a route to compare residential and work spaces, not independent validation of its claimed savings or performance. Request the manufacturer, system and contract before assuming installation or utility connections are included.

Our comparison question: Which entity manufactures, which system is delivered, and which items are excluded?

Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026

11. Eternit Ecuatoriana

Its official page presents industrialised housing based on lightweight building systems and Cempanel, Eterboard Design and Techolit products. We include it as a system and materials supplier without asserting immediate availability of an installed home. Ask whether the contract covers a kit, an installer-delivered solution or a finished dwelling, and who is responsible for the works.

Our comparison question: Does the current offer cover materials, a system or a complete home, and which delivery channel executes it?

Official source reviewed · 22/10/2026

Narrowing the list without confusing offers

For a family home, start with the residential programmes presented by CYPRES, Ortiz Gallego, Hombox, IZIHOME, GL PRO, FC-CONSTRUCCIONES or CuboHabitat, confirming their scope. For workforce accommodation, ask ECUHOUSE, ModuFlex and Kubiec about their industrial configurations. To investigate a lightweight system with your professional, request Eternit’s supply specification. This grouping is editorial guidance based on their pages, not a contracting recommendation.

Private housing and industrial accommodation need different briefs

Our recommendation is to identify the use before discussing floor area. For a family, describe rooms and occupancy. For workers, define capacity, shared spaces and project phases. This helps exclude catalogues that do not answer the actual need.

Offering modules does not make every unit a capsule home. Nor must a prefab home arrive as a single complete piece. Ask the supplier to describe the delivery format and the work to be completed at the destination.

Catalogue prices and contracted scope

Compare four milestones: manufacture, transport, installation and completion. Beside each, note what the reply includes and which information is missing. A headline amount without that breakdown cannot identify the cheapest brand.

When access details or layout changes affect a quote, keep separate versions. Our criterion is to compare each supplier’s latest suitable offer against the same brief rather than the most eye-catching website figure. We have not requested prices from these companies.

Before turning an enquiry into an order

Request the signing entity, identification of the solution, documentation for your professional to review and the after-sales arrangement. Technical and administrative conditions need resolving for the project; this list does not establish permissions or performance.

For several tourist or workforce units, request a development proposal rather than simply multiplying a per-home price. Ask suppliers to identify shared services and anything outside their scope.

Keep comparing

Factory or dealer: who is responsible? · Panels or volumetric modules: delivery scope

The English and Spanish editions contain the same selection and scope. No project-specific prices, certifications or delivery promises have been independently verified. Sponsorship, if introduced, must be identified separately.
