Finding a similar capsule-home design on several websites raises a reasonable question: should you buy directly from a factory or through a nearby dealer? We recommend comparing specific responsibilities and services alongside the unit price. Neither route is inherently the better choice.

Identify the seller first

Ask which company will issue the quotation and sign the contract. Then establish who manufactures the unit, prepares adaptations and takes part in installation. Do not assume that a trading brand owns the factory or that a dealer carries out every task with its own staff.

Direct purchasing needs a clear list of separate services

Talking to the factory may help clarify the configuration. You still need to establish who coordinates documentation, transport, unloading and local work. If these services are outside the quotation, price them separately before comparing the complete cost with a dealer’s offer.

What a dealer might contribute

The useful question is not simply how much a dealer adds to the price. Ask what you receive: visits, technical coordination, completed references, spare parts or support. Request the scope in writing. A nearby office alone does not establish that a maintenance team exists or that a response time has been committed.

A simple comparison matrix

Task Party to identify
Configuration and drawings Manufacturer and project designer
Transport and unloading Coordinator and appointed operators
Site installation and connections Appointed local team
Problems and spare parts Contractual contact and planned support service

This table does not allocate legal liability: it helps reveal gaps in an offer. Volferda, Luban Cabin and Kodasema provide examples of official catalogues for identifying brands and ranges, but those websites do not replace a quotation for your location. Choosing the purchasing route means understanding who will do each part and whom you can contact afterwards.
