You have found a capsule home that suits your project. The catalogue uses one brand, the quotation arrives from another address and the contract names a different company. Before comparing finishes, establish who is involved and which responsibility each entity accepts.
Start with the contracting entity
Request the legal name in Chinese, registration details, address and a readable copy of the business licence. Add a separate column for the catalogue brand. This is our editorial filing method: it helps organise records, but is neither a solvency investigation nor a legal opinion on the contract.
What you can cross-check
The European Commission’s IP Helpdesk explains that the public NECIPS system provides basic Chinese company information, including registration, legal representative, business scope and location. This helps establish identity; it does not independently verify a home’s quality or the ability to deliver it. We have not checked any individual supplier’s registry record here.
Brand, seller and factory
Create three fields: who sells, who claims to manufacture and who takes responsibility for after-sales support. Where these are different entities, request an explanation of their relationship and written responsibilities. Different names may have a legitimate commercial explanation. Matching names alone do not establish ownership of a factory.
Resolve differences before the deposit
Suppose the catalogue uses brand A while company B signs the contract. Keep both documents and request a written explanation identifying the actual seller. If the contracting entity changes during negotiations, review the file again before accepting that change. Keep this check separate from verification of the bank beneficiary.
The next purchasing step
Once the counterparty is identified, compare the model, supply scope and technical records. Do not post passports, private contracts or banking details in public comments. Commission a professional review with a defined scope if you need legal or commercial verification.
Tell CasasCápsula your project country, home type and question. Your enquiry goes to CasasCápsula; it does not guarantee a manufacturer quotation or imply commercial representation.
