Editorial review: 17 October 2026. Luban Cabin’s K30 lets us examine a specific capsule-home model rather than a generic image. Our review is limited to its public page: we have not visited a unit or validated an installation in Spain. The aim is to turn the available information into a precise purchasing enquiry.
The first clarification concerns dimensions
The page consulted lists 18 m² and gives two lengths: 5.8 m in the heading and 5.85 m in the descriptive text, alongside a width of 3 m and height of 3.1 m. We do not select either length as verified. The difference might reflect a revision or configuration; the website alone does not resolve it.
When requesting a quotation, ask for a dated drawing identifying the model, version and applicable dimensions. If there is a balcony or other exterior element, ask for its boundary to be shown. Do not infer usable floor area from a marketing figure without knowing the measurement basis.
A quotation you can identify later
A practical method is to name each proposal by date and version. Record its issuer, associated drawing and equipment list. If you receive an update, keep both versions and mark the changes. This avoids accepting one layout while comparing another layout’s price.
You do not need to begin with a huge file. Start with three documents that can be linked to each other: quotation, drawing and equipment inventory. If references do not agree, request a unified version before deciding.
Questions about the configuration
| Buyer’s question | Answer worth retaining |
|---|---|
| Which unit am I reserving? | Model, revision, layout and dimensions |
| What appears in the photo but is excluded? | Options and presentation items |
| Which equipment will arrive? | Inventory with references or a substitution procedure |
| Where does the supply scope end? | Responsibility for unloading, connections and commissioning |
| How is a problem handled? | Contact and terms applicable to the purchase and destination |
This table is an editorial negotiating tool. It does not describe obligations already accepted by Luban or certify the contents of a quotation we have not seen.
Separate an attractive model from a feasible project
A visit or video call may help you understand the space, but ask for the displayed version to be identified. Prepare questions about everyday use: cooking, clothing storage, bathroom cleaning and access to equipment for maintenance. Answers should be relatable to the quoted drawing.
In parallel, a local professional should assess the proposal on the intended plot and for the intended use. We do not treat catalogue seals or marketing messages as a licence or validation of the complete home for Spain. Nor do we calculate investment returns or installed cost from a factory figure.
Handling an incomplete answer
Mark it as pending and request a specific clarification. A contradiction between sections does not establish that the product is unsuitable; it does prevent treating that item as settled. The useful decision is knowing which version will be bought and which issues remain unresolved before payment.
Continue with comparing manufacturers, pre-shipment review and checks before importing. If a question remains unexplained, send us your question (Spanish form) or receive new guides.
