Tecno Fast’s project page reports 3,000 managed beds and 23,000 m² operated. These describe service scope, not measured occupancy or audited profit. The page gives different starting dates in its header and description, so we do not assign a definitive start year.
Listed services cover waste, repairs, first aid, generator operation, meals, cleaning and laundry. The company places the camp within its mining-project accommodation portfolio.
A procurement lesson
For CasasCápsula, the B2B question is which service is being bought: modules, a completed installation or operated accommodation. Each allocates responsibilities differently. Comparing bedroom prices without food, water or maintenance can mislead procurement.
