A capsule home can have a beautiful bathroom without resolving where you will wash clothes. Before choosing a model, map that routine: storing used clothes, loading the machine, removing wet washing and drying it. A washing machine needs more than the rectangle shown on the plan.
This guide helps compare three options: an appliance inside the home, an auxiliary space designed for that use, or a shared laundry. These are purchasing and project decisions, not electrical or plumbing installation instructions.
Does the offer include a machine or only a space?
Request the appliance reference and distinguish four situations: an included machine, prepared connections, a fitted cabinet, or reserved space without services. These are different supplies. Keep a sheet recording the appliance reference, location drawing, included work and commissioning responsibility. Ask for access, support and operation to be checked before treating that part of handover as complete. This helps you choose a home that also works on laundry day.
